Mills Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Title Clerk for a Full-Time position. The successful candidate will demonstrate good administration, organizational, and communication skills, with basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions. Previous Title Work Experience Is Required.

About The Role

The Title Clerk will be responsible for:

  • Stocking in Dealer Trades and processing title work for outgoing trades.
  • Re-assigning all trade titles.
  • Preparing titles for auctions.
  • Stocking in all used vehicle purchases.
  • Performing basic and routine accounting functions.
  • Maintaining a log for returned finance contracts.
  • Receiving payments and issuing checks for dealer trades.
  • Maintaining assigned accounting schedules and reconciling assigned general ledger accounts.
  • Handling miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous automotive dealership accounting experience required.
  • Working knowledge of title processes.
  • Proficient with standard computer software and accounting software.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
