We’re seeking a Product Management & Commercial Intelligence Analystto join the Linear Technologies (LT) business unit in Pineville, NC. You will work closely with our Business Unit Product Management team to drive awareness, interest, and demand while increasing distributor satisfaction, loyalty, and retention for specific product technologies. Key responsibilities in this role will consist of:

• Identify product portfolio gaps, unmet customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, customer applications, competitive offerings, and positioning.
• Assess product-to-application fit across strategic target industries.
• Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for Product Management.
• Continuously utilize market research and market intelligence to benchmark Bosch Rexroth against key competitor go-to-market positions, maintain in-depth knowledge of how to differentiate Bosch Rexroth’s technology within the market.
• Identify and prioritize target customers and applications based on market potential, strategic fit, and product relevance.
• Develop qualified opportunities in collaboration with Product Management and Sales.
• Support early customer and application qualification before commercial handoff.
• Build visibility into emerging market and customer opportunities.
• Translate market and product intelligence into actionable information for Sales.
• Provide customer, application, product, and competitive insights to support commercial engagement.
• Establish a structured connection between identified market opportunities and Sales execution.
• Track opportunities, barriers, and commercial outcomes.
