• Patient continuity:
  Provide exercise programs to maintain functional levels after discharge from rehabilitation services.
• Excellent support system:
  Receive significant support from leadership, clinical education, and an assigned Program Manager.

• MUST have one of the following:
  Bachelors in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or Exercise Physiology; or a Certified Personal Trainer through a nationally recognized and accredited organization (e.g., ACSM, NSCA, NASM, ACE, ISSA); or prior experience as a fitness trainer willing to become a Certified Personal Trainer.
• Routine travel to patient residences and between Senior Living Communities; travel as needed per practice requirements.
• CPR Certification.
• Previous experience working with older adults in a proactive and wellness setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
