Driver – Terra Bella Senior Living

Haven & Laurels Carolina Place – Pineville, NC.

• Provide timely and courteous transportation for residents to and from activities, ensuring quality service.
• Assist disabled passengers in and out of the vehicle.
• Secure passengers’ wheelchairs with restraining devices and stabilize them during the trip.
• Operate radio, cell phone, or pager to communicate with the base station or other vehicles and report any service disruptions.
• Maintain all community vehicles in good working condition.
• Cleans and services the vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories.
• Assist with vehicle registration and license plate renewal processes.
• Inspect and document vehicle condition monthly and per trip.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Current commercial driver’s license (CDL) may be required; acceptable driving record per Federal Department of Transportation regulations.
• Experience in a customer service environment, preferably in senior living.
• Knowledge of all safety precautions and compliance with safety measures.
• Competent organization, time management, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
