About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The LPN will provide high‑quality nursing care to patients in a hospital setting, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well‑being in accordance with established policies, procedures, and scope of practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
  • Perform patient assessments and document observations and interventions accurately.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor patient responses to treatments and report any changes to the RN or physician.
  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care.
  • Provide patient and family education and emotional support.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
  • Uphold infection control and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Current, active LPN license in the State of North Carolina.
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent hospital experience.
  • Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent).
  • Strong clinical skills and sound judgment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced hospital environment.
