We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Server to join our team at Haven and Laurels in the village of Carolina Place. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing an outstanding dining experience to our guests. Your main responsibilities will include welcoming guests, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring timely delivery of orders to tables. You will be expected to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and adhere to health and safety regulations.

• Greet guests as they arrive and provide them with menus.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system.
• Deliver orders to guests promptly and ensure all items meet quality standards.
• Address guest inquiries and provide relevant information about the menu.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner.
• Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt service and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure the dining area is clean and well-maintained throughout service.
• Process payments and ensure correct billing for all orders.
• Maintain a solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

• Previous experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
