We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to lead our team, oversee daily operations, manage staffing, handle bookkeeping, merchandising, and provide excellent customer service. The role includes recruiting, training, and maintaining high standards of service and store appearance.

• Assist the Store Manager with oversight of station store operations
• Help with hiring, supervising, and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks
• Perform bookkeeping and merchandising data
• Maintain high standards of service and ensure a fast, friendly customer experience
• Ensure regular onsite attendance and predictable presence
• Execute the food program and maintain high quality standards
• Demonstrate leadership, urgency, patience, and modeling behavior to staff

• Retail or supervisory management experience
• Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills
• Experience with food handling
• High school or college degree

• Stand/walk up to 8 hours
• Lift/carry up to 30 pounds, occasional up to 60 pounds
• Push/pull up to 20 pounds
• Bend/kneel/twist up to 1 hour per shift
• Climb ladders for storage and sign removal
