Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with internal teams and manage project timelines.
  • Analyze project requirements and maintain client relationships.
  • Address customer inquiries and identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales objectives.
  • Travel locally to meet homeowners and manage projects.
  • Oversee jobs through completion and payment.
  • Be present and involved on builds, maintaining strong photo documentation and communication.
  • Use industry technology tools effectively (estimating, documentation, CRM, supplements).
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Project Coordination and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to assess project progress and address challenges.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Experience in sales, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and meet sales targets.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Entry Performance Tier: Applies to individuals producing 10 jobs or fewer per quarter
    . Focus on assisting with project coordination, learning company systems, documentation standards, and processes. Ideal for new hires, individuals building their pipeline, and those ramping into full project ownership.
  • Established Performance Tier: Earned by entering 40 or more jobs annually
    . Expectations include active project involvement, clear communication with homeowners and internal teams, and accurate documentation and job progression. This tier rewards consistent production and reliability.
  • Highest Performance Tier: Reserved for top producers and leaders. Designed for Senior Project Managers who generate and manage high‑volume pipelines, oversee projects from start to finish, and serve as the primary point of contact between homeowners, internal crews, and trade partners. Requires exceptional communication, strong documentation and photo reporting, high customer satisfaction, and an ownership mindset from sale to final payment.

Training and Support
