Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Maintenance Technician A - Licensed Electrician to join our new state-of-the-art Injection Molding plant. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the candidate will be responsible for machinery and facility maintenance, focusing on safety, quality, production, housekeeping, and cost control to meet plant goals.

Position Details
  • Full-Time, Permanent with Benefits
  • 11 paid holidays annually

  • 12-hour shifts (4 days on, 4 days off; 84 hours bi-weekly)

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment, diagnosing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or mechanical issues
  • Read and modify mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, and perform root cause analysis
  • Use fabrication, millwright, and mechanical tools safely and accurately
  • Follow all policies, procedures, and safety programs
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 10+ years experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic, Piping, and Welding
  • Valid Electrical Certification
  • Basic PLC diagnostics skills
  • Ability to read, write, and perform advanced math
  • Licensed to operate forklift, pallet truck, and other material handling equipment
  • Understanding of ANSI/ASQC A9002 procedures
  • Own fabrication/millwright/mechanical hand tools
Working Conditions
