• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site
• Install the Taexx® System in new homes and buildings within a scheduled route
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub‑contractors, and field managers to meet deadlines
• Submit legible, clear, and accurate service tickets to office personnel
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Maintain a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Keep your pest control license up to date and sharpen your knowledge by attending seminars regularly
• Work independently while staying motivated and focused
• Work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder completion timelines as needed

• No experience required – training will be provided!
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid)
• Physical demands:
  Lift and carry up to 50 lbs, safely use a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity
