C#) to help drive this transformation. This is a Hybrid position.

PCI Group is modernizing its technology platform and building the foundation for future growth. We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 10+ years of professional experience and strong .NET C# skills who is passionate about modern development practices, transforming legacy systems, and building scalable solutions that make a real impact.

We build with AI.Our engineers use AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor every day to understand legacy code, refactor, write tests, and ship faster. We’re looking for someone who already works this way and holds

AI-assisted work to the same standard as their own.

You’ll work closely with our technical leadership to shape the next generation of our platform: refactoring and modernizing legacy applications, helping define future architecture, and building robust, automated pipelines. Your contributions will be highly visible.

• 10+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong foundation in .NET C#.
• Strong SQL skills, with hands-on experience writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting queries and stored procedures in production relational databases.
• Hands-on, daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) in real production work, not just autocomplete.
• The judgment to review, test, and take full ownership of AI-generated code.
• Proven success modernizing applications and driving technical transformation.
• Expertise building and managing CI/CD pipelines using modern tools and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively within existing legacy systems while identifying and executing modernization opportunities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• A track record of thriving in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
• Required participation in a rotating on-call schedule to support production systems.
