Allocate daily work, communicate priorities and deadlines, monitor progress, and adjust resources to support operational requirements.

Provide clear instructions, practical coaching, and on-the-job support to warehouse team members, including new employees.

Set the standard for safe, accurate, productive, and professional work, and address unsafe practices or performance concerns promptly.

Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient warehouse in accordance with company standards.

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely and responsibly, and ensure team members follow equipment and safety procedures.

Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments, verify order accuracy and product quality, and ensure discrepancies or damage are recorded, reported, and followed through.

Accurately pick and prepare customer orders using RF scanners and the inventory system while helping the team meet dispatch deadlines and customer service standards.

Use and oversee the use of stretch-wrapping and labelling equipment to prepare products for storage, customer pickup, or delivery.

Coordinate the assembly of kit items when required.

Complete or assign final checks of outgoing orders and ensure products are properly secured and ready for transport.

Coordinate local deliveries on company-owned trucks and arrange non-local freight through third-party carriers.

Assist with deliveries when assigned, including unloading and staging products at customer locations or job sites.
