Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist for a full-time contract position in an outpatient clinic
. The PT will evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients recover mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function.
- Provide patient-centered physical therapy services in an outpatient setting
- Develop and modify treatment plans based on individual needs and progress
- Document patient progress and collaborate with referring providers
- Other duties as assigned.
- Current Physical Therapy license
- Previous outpatient experience preferred
- Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
