Compensation: 30% of net production

Daily Guarantee: $750 per day for the first 3 months

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed general dentist (or eligible in Alabama)
• Open to new graduates
• 2+ years of experience or completion of a GPR/AEGD preferred
• Clinically confident in bread-and-butter dentistry
• Interested in expanding into advanced procedures
• Patient-focused and team-oriented
• A strong communicator with a positive attitude and growth mindset
