- Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.
- Manage a pipeline in our agency's account management system, following up with all prospects accordingly.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals, ensuring accurate underwriting of new and existing policies.
- Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products and rules for our industry.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Must have or be able to obtain Alabama P&C and L&H insurance licenses.
- Must be committed to operating ethically and be a team player.
- Must have an outgoing personality.
