Key Responsibilities

Hartzell Propeller seeks a Vice President of Sales to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and programs that creates demand, generates revenue, and helps the organization meet profitability goals. As a key member of HPI’s leadership team, this position serves as the executive‑level advocate for customer needs across the organization and will oversee forecasting, pricing strategy, financial analysis, and major contract negotiations.

Significant domestic and international travel is required to engage directly with customers, distributors, and industry partners.

Key Deliverables Of The Position
  • Drive revenue growth and sales performance
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Drive new customer acquisition, upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Implement and track KPIs for sales productivity.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to the executive team.
  • Marketing Strategy and Brand Development
  • Create and oversee the integrated marketing strategy.
  • Strengthen brand positioning in the market through consistent messaging and campaigns.
  • Ensure marketing efforts directly support pipeline growth and sales.
  • Track ROI of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Develop a cohesive and talented staff; nurture our winning culture
  • Live to our statement of values and maintain positive morale
  • Play a significant role in the hiring, onboarding and development of talent for the manufacturing team
  • Identify contributors with potential to grow and provide development opportunities
