Line Supervisor

Aesthetic Finishers Inc. is an 80,000 square foot family-owned sheet metal and powder coating job shop located in Piqua, Ohio. AFI uses the latest technology to produce products for customers such as Caterpillar, Harley Davidson, John Deere, Navistar, and Whirlpool. Our services include laser cutting, metal forming, spot welding, MIG welding, media blasting, powder coating, pad printing, and screen printing.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Supervisor located in Piqua, OH. The Line Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure quality control and assurance, manage and train team members, and maintain effective communication across departments. Responsibilities include supervising production processes, implementing safety protocols, and conducting quality inspections. The Line Supervisor will also collaborate with other teams to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Supervisory Skills and Training skills
• Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Piqua, OH
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or education is a plus
