Machine Operator

Core Functions:

• Run winding equipment and complete material changeovers according to job specifications.
• Collect, verify, and log production and quality‑related information with attention to accuracy.
• Prepare and secure completed goods for shipment following job instructions, using appropriate transport tools such as powered or manual handling devices.
• Support the team lead during equipment startups, setting changes, and job transitions, including accessing elevated areas to make mechanical adjustments.
• Work collaboratively with other team members by assisting with measurements, changeovers, and packing tasks.
• Stage packaging materials ahead of time to ensure smooth handoff to the next shift.
• Maintain clean and orderly work spaces across production, storage, and common areas.
• Demonstrate full understanding of safety controls, emergency shutdown systems, and required protective measures.
• Comply with and actively uphold food safety and hazard control standards.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as required.
