• Recruit, select, and train quality staff to meet staffing objectives.

• Minimum two years recent restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast‑casual setting.
• Steady employment history and at least two professional references.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, friendly demeanor with customer/guest service focus.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Experience in a full‑service restaurant (2+ years).
• Serve Safe certification.
