What The Job Entails As a Shift Manager, you’ll be responsible for a range of tasks, including planning and overseeing shifts, ensuring team performance aligns with McDonald’s standards, and monitoring safety, security, profitability, communication, and teamwork. You’ll help meet shift targets and ensure assigned departments meet their goals. The role also includes ensuring customers receive fast, friendly, and accurate service while enjoying world‑class McDonald’s meals.
You’ll lead both crew and managers during shifts to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
