Amazon Private Brands is seeking an experienced Product Quality Manager (PQM) dedicated to ingestible and formulated products. This critical role will address expertise gaps in our current APB quality management team. Based in our Amazon Shenzhen office, you will be responsible for developing product requirements, supporting performance protocols, and managing testing processes to ensure we consistently deliver high-quality products to our customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities     Develop and own Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for ingestible and formulated products, ensuring compliance with Amazon's quality standards.
Work closely with stakeholders across North America, Europe, and Japan with Performance protocols, Pre-production Testing (PPT), and Production Testing (PT) to ensure pre-launching product quality.
Implement and maintain Amazon quality systems throughout the product lifecycle.
Collaborate with suppliers, third-party testing laboratories, and internal teams to ensure product quality and compliance.
Drive continuous product improvement initiatives to ensure APB products meet or exceed industry standards.
Own Customer Review Ratings (CRR) for assigned product categories and proactively address quality complaints.
Analyze quality processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop scalable business solutions for product development and quality monitoring.
Maintain close collaboration with global stakeholders and provide visibility through appropriate reporting.
A Day in the Life     Own end-to-end development and testing of APB new products while collaborating with marketplace-specific stakeholders.
Ensure products continuously comply with Amazon's quality standards.
Work with stakeholders to define product specifications during the planning stage.
Proactively drive product improvements to maintain competitive advantage.
Identify innovative ways to prevent quality issues, leading to improved customer reviews.
Provide technical expertise for ingestible and formulated products across the organization.

Basic Qualifications     Experience managing and delivering product quality or testing.
Experience working in international cross-functional teams.
Experience using analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of technical problems.
Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes.
Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications     Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company.
Knowledge of SQL at an intermediate level, including: compile queries, subqueries, aggregation/grouping, data modification, etc.
5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience.
Experience in quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance), or experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
Experience writing and publishing technical documents or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Healthcare or Chemical engineering.
