Admissions and Enrollment Assistant

Rutgers University is hiring an Admissions and Enrollment Assistant for the Professional Science Master's (PSM) Program admissions and enrollment team. The assistant handles application processing, applicant communications, and enrollment activities, and supports recruitment events for prospective students. This is a temporary, part-time role working on-site.

• Assist the admissions team with application processing, monitoring applicant files, and keeping admissions records
• Track required documentation and answer applicant questions about requirements and deadlines
• Support communications with prospective, admitted, and current students
• Assist with onboarding, registration, orientation activities, and enrollment questions
• Support information sessions, webinars, open houses, and outreach events
• Follow up with prospective students after events
• Handle special projects as assigned
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent, with Microsoft Office skills
• Two years in higher education admissions or student services preferred, plus CRM or student information system experience
• Pay of $25 - $30 an hour for 19.5 hours a week, fully on-site
