Associate, Client Care Advisor

Summary

Join the Client Care team in Piscataway, NJ, to deliver exceptional luxury service across phone, email, and digital channels. You will build and nurture personalized client relationships, provide product expertise, and support e-commerce order inquiries and returns. Onsite onboarding is required with hybrid scheduling available after successful completion.

• Provide high-touch, luxury-level client service across multiple channels and proactively exceed client expectations.
• Cultivate and maintain personalized client relationships, acting as a dedicated point of contact.
• Manage e-commerce orders, returns, inquiries, and case documentation with accuracy.
• Resolve client issues and collaborate with boutiques and cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain product knowledge and communicate updates about new arrivals and features to clients.
• Meet service level, productivity, quality, and client satisfaction performance metrics.

• 2-3 years of experience in a related client care, customer service, or luxury retail support role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, empathy, and strong problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, call routing, and relevant client service tools; tech-savvy and detail oriented.
• Ability to complete onsite onboarding in Piscataway, NJ, and travel to local points of sale as needed; eligible for hybrid schedule thereafter.
