Job Summary The Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) is responsible for leading the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of complex customer-facing and internal strategic initiatives across Data Center Infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cybersecurity, and related technology solution domains. Utilizing PMI project management methodologies and best practices, the Sr. PM ensures projects are delivered within approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customers and key stakeholders, the Sr. PM provides end-to-end project leadership from opportunity engagement and solution validation through implementation and project closure. This role partners closely with Sales, Presales, Engineering, Integration Center Operations, Logistics, Delivery Services, Warehouse Operations, and Customer teams to coordinate resources, manage dependencies, validate requirements, review configurations and bills of materials, mitigate risks, and drive successful outcomes.

Operating under the direction of the Director of PMO, the Sr. PM leads highly visible, cross-functional initiatives and provides governance, executive-level communication, financial oversight, risk management, and change control throughout the project lifecycle. The individual is expected to proactively identify challenges, drive resolution of complex issues, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and contribute to the continuous improvement and maturity of the IDCS Project Management Office.

Through strong leadership, customer engagement, and operational excellence, the Sr. PM plays a critical role in ensuring successful delivery of Data Center, AI, Cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives while supporting the strategic growth objectives of the organization. The IDCS Senior Project Manager reports to the Director of IDCS PMO. This position is required to report to the SHI Piscataway, NJ office location as determined by SHI management with some travel.

Role Description Project Leadership & Customer Engagement Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customers, internal stakeholders, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Host, plan, and facilitate project kickoff meetings with customers, sales teams, engineering, and delivery stakeholders to establish project objectives, success criteria, roles, responsibilities, timelines, and expectations. Lead multiple concurrent customer-facing and internal initiatives across Data Center Infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cybersecurity, and related technology solution domains.
