Oracle Specialist/ Consultant, IT Consultant
Role Overview:
We are seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Solutions Architect/SME with 13+ years of implementation experience who can be a strong team player with excellent communication skills to support the existing configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Oracle HCM practice. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between HR business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring seamless delivery of benefits processes and integrations in addition to having strong skills for other HCM modules (Core HR, Goal & Performance, Compensation).
The resource will be working full time on the HR POD, attending daily stand-up calls, and working to deliver stories within the sprint. The resource will be working closely with the SME to ensure that all requirements and designs are aligned with the client framework, UAT support.
Required Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 5 years in other HCM modules
- Proficiency in building/modifying Extracts, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and Fast Formulas
- Experience with HCM Extracts and third-party integrations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or Agile practices
- Experience in Benefits Stabilization projects across regions would be ideal
- Certified Benefits HCM consultant will be Ideal.

- Oracle HCM Cloud:
Benefits (Open Enrollment, Life Events, Annual Enrollment, Stabilization, Benefits Support), Absence Administration, Core HR, Compensation - Oracle Cloud HCM across multiple global implementations.
- Deliver Annual Enrollment & Open Enrollment projects for leading clients
- Experience overseeing managed services is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support Open Enrollment and Life Event processing
- Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL data loads
- Build and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance
- Manage Oracle SRs and coordinate with Oracle support for issue resolution
- Conduct functional and regression testing during upgrades and deployments
- Document configurations, processes, and change requests
