Laundry Attendant

Overview

Pacifica Hotels is looking for a Laundry Attendant to join the team at Sandcastle Hotel on the Beach in Pismo Beach, CA. The Laundry Attendant will be responsible for washing, drying and folding the hotel linen.

• Adhere to Pacifica’s Pure Stay guidelines to ensure health, safety and comfort of team members and guests.
• Utilize required PPE as per property guidelines.
• Sort linens for washing.
• Check for stains and treat appropriately.
• Wash, dry and fold linen.
• Run linen and deliver as requested.
• Store linen in appropriate location.
• Maintain assigned work area in a clean and safe condition.
• Report missing/found articles or damage to the housekeeping supervisor.
• Assist with room attendant duties as needed.
• Maintain a friendly, cheerful, courteous demeanor while providing personalized service to hotel guests.
• Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.
• Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to best overall performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.

$17.25–$18.25/hr, depending on experience.
