Responsibilities- Oversee all local HR requirements in partnership with the leadership team, including Performance Management, Employee Relations, Associate Engagement, Community Giving, Recruiting, Safety/Compliance, and some Payroll and Benefits responsibilities.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Human Resources team to ensure alignment.
- Maintain confidentiality of business and personnel information.
- Manage local payroll processes in collaboration with the Payroll Manager, utilizing Dayforce for Time and Attendance Programs.
- Handle new hire, termination, and payroll change paperwork for all employees.
- Recruit and hire production associate workers.
- Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities and maintain the local Community Giving program.
- Administer benefits, including disseminating benefit packets and assisting with Benefits Open Enrollment.
- Responsible for all Leave of Absence administration, including FMLA, PLOA and MLOA, as well as on-site coordinator for Workers Comp filings.
- Assist in the compliance and posting requirements of our safety program with the Leadership Team.
- bilingual Spanish required
- Minimum of 5 years' of experience overseeing Human Resources
- Minimum of High School Diploma. Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- Payroll experience is preferred but not required
