Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

• Bag groceries at check out for customers, striving for at least five items per bag without damage.
• Follow best practices for bagging in various types of bags (reusable, plastic, paper).
• Assist in removing customer's merchandise from shopping carts for checkout.
• Offer to help customers load bags into their cars.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of grocery specials.
• Return merchandise to store shelves, gather and return shopping carts, and clean spills, trash, and all areas inside and outside the store.
• Handle and assemble seasonal merchandise, understand store layout, locate products, and conduct price checks.
• Reinforce safety programs, comply with safety procedures, and report unsafe conditions or incidents.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Inspect equipment, notify management of repairs needed, and create a welcoming environment for customers.
• Follow all laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment and manage conflicts professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Assist with customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
