Sales, Marketing And Customer Success Specialist

Thatcher's Gourmet Popcorn is a family-owned business, founded in San Francisco in 1983 as a small retail store. Over the years, we have grown significantly, expanding from local stores to operating out of a warehouse and distributing our premium popcorn worldwide. Our products are made with natural, simple ingredients that deliver exceptional flavor and quality. With a team of 40-60 employees, we are passionate about creating delicious snacks, supporting local jobs, and collaborating with other popcorn companies through private label production.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales, Marketing and Customer Success Specialist located in Pittsburg, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and driving sales efforts, maintaining exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and assisting with marketing initiatives. Key tasks include communicating with customers to assess their needs, developing sales strategies, providing training to team members, and managing sales operations to achieve business goals.

Collaboration with internal teams will also be crucial to ensure customer satisfaction and brand success.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage with customers and address their needs effectively
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Ability to facilitate effective Training sessions for staff and team members
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields, is a plus
  • Experience in the food or retail industry and familiarity with distribution processes is preferred
