Do you have a passion for working with families and children? TFI Family Services is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Foster Care Worker to join our team! We are committed to our mission of strengthening families and advocating for children's well-being.
Job DescriptionAs a Foster Care Worker, you will work closely with children and families to ensure children can thrive safely in their home environments. You will teach skills such as emotion regulation, healthy communication, conflict resolution, and building healthy relationships. Additionally, you will support foster parents by helping train, license, and guide them in providing the best care for the children in their homes.

- Teach skills such as emotion regulation, healthy communication, conflict resolution, and building healthy relationships.
- Support foster parents by training, licensing, and guiding them in providing optimal care.
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field.
- Two or more years of experience in the human services field.

Average Hourly Rate: $23.25 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)
