Our team thrives on collaboration and mutual support, and we are always ready to help during procedures or shift changes.
Many of us actively participate in hospital committees, such as the medical executive committee, strengthening our relationships with specialists and the supportive administration.
Qualifications
- We are looking for board-certified/eligible emergency medicine physicians or family medicine physicians with emergency medicine experience.
- J1 candidates invited to apply; access to Sound’s in-house visa specialists as well as our licensing and credentialing experts
Flexible Scheduling
- Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, we offer a flexible schedule. We are always there to support each other when covering shifts.
- Shift times are 6 AM – 6 PM and 6 PM – 6 AM.
- Full-time status is 120 hours per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care in a 16-bed emergency department, managing a diverse range of cases with over 19,000 annual visits.
- Benefit from robust subspecialty support and imaging services, ensuring comprehensive diagnostics and exceptional patient care.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including specialists and imaging professionals, to deliver top-tier care.
- Engage in regular monthly, remote, and in-person meetings to foster team collaboration and provide a platform for feedback and continuous improvement.
