The Table Games Supervisor provides direct supervision of the assigned pit area of the table games operations during their shift. Monitors and enforces all policies and procedures as outlined in department and company manuals, as well as in accordance with Internal Controls Policies and Procedures and state regulations. The Supervisor is responsible for fostering an environment that rewards Team Members for providing Hometown Hospitality and delivering Fun.

The following are general illustrations of the work in this role:

• Mentor, coach, advocate for the Team Member, and promote hospitality.
• Assume responsibility for effective gaming service activities in a designated area or pit.
• Report shift activity daily and coordinate with other shifts, including customer activity, game drop, and unusual activity.
• Monitor table payouts to ensure proper amounts are paid to guests.
• Maintain awareness of all game activities to observe and act on suspicious or irregular activity.
• Maintain game security and protect company assets at all times.
• Control and direct games in progress, providing assistance and dealer correction as needed.
• Monitor game status regarding player limits, special guests, gains/losses, and dealer performance.
• Provide on-the-job training for Dealers to ensure adequate guidance and resources.
• Adhere to Team Member policies, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary procedures.
• Promote and demonstrate superior customer service.
• Ensure effective communication across shifts.
• Handle customer concerns and requests effectively.
• Address and manage Team Member complaints or concerns.
• Maintain staff appearance and behavior standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company information.
• Perform all duties safely and responsibly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

All Team Members must:

• Attend required training sessions.
• Obtain necessary licenses.
• Perform duties in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Ensure minors do not gamble, loiter, drink, or purchase tobacco in gambling areas.
• Know relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
• Be familiar with programs addressing problem gambling.
• Investigate and report exceptions, fraud, or violations.
• Report acts of wrongdoing.
