The Games Dealer is responsible for running a table game in a professional manner, protecting company assets by adhering to company policies and all state and regulatory compliance, including Internal Controls Policies and Procedures and the Responsible Gaming Plan. The Games Supervisor/Dealer is responsible for providing hometown hospitality and delivering fun.

• Conduct operation of table games with strict adherence to Internal Control Policies and Procedures and Game Rules.
• Ensure proper documentation of pit paperwork (fills, markers, etc.).
• Maintain accuracy of the table bank.
• Explain rules and answer guest questions.
• Notify shift supervisor of irregularities in customers' play.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment; attend to guests’ needs.
• Support and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
• Handle customer concerns and requests effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company information at all times.
• Act in the capacity of other positions on an as-needed basis.
• Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner; perform other duties as assigned by department or company management.
