• Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating the Landmark National Bank commitment—executing greeting, clear communication, and resolution of customer concerns.
• Develop and maintain relationships with all customers and team members.
• Support success by promptly, accurately, securely, and confidentially completing bank transactions: deposits, withdrawals, money orders, cashier checks, loan payments, foreign‑currency exchange, branch capture, check and debit card orders, second‑day checks on new accounts, currency orders, address changes, wire initiations, new account holds, and instant‑issue debit cards.
• Maintain proper cash drawer levels and assist in vault balancing.
• Implement all regulatory requirements and procedures related to transactions and stay current on assigned training courses.
• Utilize a 7‑step conversation to promote bank products and services, including role‑play, weekly checklists, and needs‑solved sheets.
• Manage professional improvement through the Quarterly Job Progress Plan and consistently meet minimum, target, and optimum performance levels.
• Engage in culture initiatives and team‑success activities: daily huddles, weekly rally meetings, new‑account retail training, and celebration events.
• Represent the bank well in the community.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures.
