We are seeking skilled and reliable Machine Operators to join a growing industrial team in Pittsburg, KS. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery in a fast‑paced production environment. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently to meet production goals.

• Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications and schedules.
• Inspect running film and products for flaws, defects, or splices to maintain quality control.
• Remove completed products from machines and prepare them for next‑stage processing.
• Clean machines and pumps according to established company standards.
• Pull stock and materials from storage as needed to maintain production flow.
• Accurately complete and maintain reports on production, materials, and maintenance.
• Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards within the department.
• Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and all safety policies.

• Minimum 2 years of recent machine operating experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to stand and walk for 10+ hours per day.
• Must be able to read, speak, and understand English.
• Computer proficiency required for documentation and machine interface tasks.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
