** Positively impacting the patient experience through enhanced clear, respectful and effective communication skills inclusive of listening carefully to patients.

Ensure patient needs are met safely, equitably and reliably with sincere behavior.

Active engagement in creating environment of safety for patients, visitors, and team members.
** Requirements
* * 1-2 years insurance billing/coding experience either in a physician's office or hospital department preferred
