Pay Range: $65,000 - $90,000

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will deliver skilled nursing services in the patient's residence, focusing on medical requirements, medication management, wound care, and education for both the patient and their family. You will coordinate care with other nursing professionals, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.

• Develop, review, and revise the plan of care
• Provide nursing care according to physician's plan and individual care plan
• Observe, record, and report reactions to treatment and changes in condition
• Supervise and instruct clients, families, and health team personnel
• Participate in education, quality assessment, and staff meetings

• Active RN License in KS
• Home Health experience required
• Valid Driver's License, Vehicle, and Current Auto Insurance
• Strong organizational and self-management skills
• Excellent communication skills
