About the Position

Pittsburg Care and Rehab in Pittsburg, KS is looking to hire a full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic and caring clinical team.

Base pay: $27.00/hr – $31.90/hr.

As an LPN, you provide total care for residents, monitoring condition, administering medications and treatments, ensuring narcotic policies are followed, monitoring for side effects, and reporting changes. You oversee nursing assistant‑registered staff, complete documentation, admit and discharge residents, report any bruises, skin tears, or neglect, maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, and build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues to provide excellent customer service.

• LPN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly
• Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required

This full‑time night position requires 12‑hour day shifts and weekend availability.
