Average Hourly Rate: $27.69 (Includes wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)

• Help families build skills like emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and healthy communication.
• Connect families to community resources.
• Develop personalized plans to support children’s growth.
• Advocate for improvements in family environments.
• Work with a passionate team that’s all about making a real impact.

• Loves working with children and families.
• Believes in building on strengths.
• Is ready to learn, grow, and be an advocate for those who need it most.
• Has at least 2 years of experience in child placement.
• Has a bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
