This professional services company is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team in the Pittsburgh area with pay starting Billing Specialist will be responsible for accurately preparing and issuing invoices to our clients, as well as resolving any billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and send out invoices
- Review billing documentation for accuracy
- Respond to billing inquiries from clients
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to billing
- 2+ years of experience in billing or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
