Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 annually

About the Role

You'll support the Controller and Assistant Controller with core accounting functions, transactional AP/AR, and month-end close activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a tech-forward environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Prepare and post journal entries

+ Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end close

+ Process Accounts Payable invoices and ensure timely payments

+ Manage Accounts Receivable transactions

+ Assist with cash applications and collections follow-up

+ Support ERP implementation and process improvement initiatives

+ Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

+ 2-4 years of accounting experience

+ Strong reconciliation and transactional AP/AR skills

+ ERP experience (Sage 300 preferred, but any system acceptable)

+ Revenue recognition experience is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittsburgh, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $38.46/hr.
