- Accounts Receivable Accountant
Manage daily accounts receivable activities, including customer invoicing, payment posting, and account reconciliations.
The AR Accountant will monitor outstanding balances and follow up with customers regarding payments and collections.
Review daily banking activity, process deposits, and handle credit card transactions.
The AR Accountant will respond to customer billing inquiries and assist with credit applications.
Maintain accurate customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
The AR Accountant will provide additional accounting support, including accounts payable processing and month-end activities, as needed.
2+ years of accounting experience with a strong focus on hands-on accounts receivable processing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables & VLOOKUPS)
SAP experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
