Project Architect

Key Responsibilities & Duties Lead project teams through all phases of design and construction, ensuring alignment with client objectives and schedules.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work plans, and staffing strategies for successful project execution.

Manage contract negotiations and establish project budgets, ensuring profitability and scope alignment.

Conduct site analyses and select building systems and materials to meet design and performance standards.

Direct construction administration efforts, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and clients for timely project completion.

Review team deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project budgets and timelines.

Ensure compliance with accessibility, building, and life-safety codes across diverse project scopes.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors.

Project Architect

Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design is required for this role.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation or high-end food & beverage and retail projects; 8 years preferred.

Licensed architect in PA or OH, with multistate registration being desirable.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, REVIT, AutoCAD, and Sketch Up; 3D rendering skills required.

Strong knowledge of building construction systems, materials, codes, and industry standards.

Effective communication and collaboration skills with clients, consultants, and team members.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for traveling and engaging in regional and national project scopes.
