Job Description Project Architect Overview The Project Architect will lead and manage innovative architectural projects across diverse sectors, ensuring exceptional design quality and execution.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver creative, functional, and client-focused architectural solutions.

Develop and present comprehensive project proposals and designs, aligning with client visions and requirements.

Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility standards, and life-safety regulations throughout all project phases.

Foster team growth by mentoring staff and promoting a culture of creativity and excellence.

Participate in site analyses and material selection to support project goals and sustainability standards.

Manage project budgets, schedules, and staffing strategies to ensure timely and profitable delivery.

Project Architect

Key Responsibilities & Duties Lead project teams through all design and construction phases, ensuring alignment with client objectives and budgets.

Negotiate contracts with clients and manage scope changes effectively to maintain project integrity.

Direct construction administration efforts, coordinating with contractors and consultants for timely execution.

Develop detailed project schedules, work plans, and staffing strategies to optimize resources.

Project Architect

Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design is required.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in aviation or high-end food & beverage design.

Licensed architect in PA or OH; multistate registration is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, REVIT, AutoCAD, and Sketch Up.Strong design and technical skills with effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Previous experience in team leadership and project management is required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Willingness to travel regionally and nationally to oversee project progress and client relations.
