Trauma Surgery Physician Job Near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania A hospital employed surgical group located in central Pennsylvania is seeking trauma and acute care surgeons to join their group. Board Certified or Board Eligible General Surgeons with fellowships in Surgical Critical Care, Acute Care Surgery or Trauma Critical Care preferred. There is an annual trauma volume of 1,800+ patients with an overall practice case load of 65% trauma and 35% non-trauma.
Surgeons work four weeks on (12 hr shifts), two weeks off working three weekends out of every six. There are currently 4 surgeons and 6 PA's.
