Rolling The Mt. Lebanon School District is seeking PA Department of Education Certified School Nurses to join its Day-To-Day Substitute School Nurse Pool.

In order to be eligible for this substitute position, the candidate must hold an active PDE School Nurse specialist certification and an active Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License.
Substitutes may serve in per diem and short-term assignments to replace a permanent employee who is absent, and are eligible to apply for long-term and semester long assignments when available.
Full or half-day assignment options are available, with scheduling coordinated through our Director of Health Services.
Hiring for per diem substitute school nurses is ongoing, with applications reviewed as received.

Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151)
Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check (Act 34)
FBI Federal Criminal History Record (Act 114)
Child/Student Abuse Recognition and Reporting (Act 126)
Arrest or Conviction Form PDE 6004 (Act 24)
School Personnel Health Record - Physical with TB Test
Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Information (Act 168)
