This is a great opportunity for an experienced F&I professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in doing things the right way, and wants the opportunity to maximize their earning potential.

As a Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in the vehicle-buying experience—from confirming deal figures and securing financing to presenting protection products and completing the final paperwork. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, ethical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Review and confirm agreed-upon sales figures and deal structure.
  • Meet with customers to understand their needs and present financing, leasing, and protection options.
  • Provide a thorough explanation of aftermarket products, extended service contracts, GAP, and other available products.
  • Work to convert cash transactions to financed deals when appropriate.
  • Submit finance and lease applications to financial institutions and work to secure approvals.
  • Obtain competitive financing terms while maintaining dealership profitability.

  • Work closely with Sales Managers to structure deals and maximize gross profit.
  • Ensure collection of all applicable finance fees.
  • Prepare and complete all required sales, finance, lease, title, lien, tax, and delivery documentation.
  • Review paperwork for accuracy before submitting completed deals to Accounting.
  • Ensure all transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, ethically, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain current knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations affecting vehicle sales, finance, and insurance products.
  • Provide customers with a clear explanation of dealership and manufacturer service procedures and policies.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure 100% turnover to the Finance Department.
  • Provide Salespeople and Sales Managers with current information regarding finance and lease programs.
  • Work closely with the Finance Director to establish and achieve department goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain processes that promote an exceptional customer experience.
  • Process end-of-month salesperson commission information for Accounting and Payroll.
  • Attend sales meetings and participate as an active member of the dealership team.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the dealership with a high level of professionalism.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
