Member Services Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a Member Services Analyst to support our client on site in Pittsburgh. Our client is a financial services company and this role provides member support to institutions that leverage our client for funding and liquidity services.

The Member Services Analyst will:

• Answer member phone calls and assist with routine inquiries.
• Help resolve member issues and escalate more complex concerns, as needed.
• Support beginning and end-of-day operational tasks.
• Follow organized process flows and procedures across multiple functions.
• Assist with member events such as new member onboarding, mergers, acquisitions, and name changes.
• Support the team with reporting and maintaining critical documentation.
• Manage special projects and initiatives including but not limited to:
• Document reviews
• Procedure formatting and technical writing
• Records management
• Perform related internal and external research and data analysis, as requested.
• Process applications and disbursements for down payment/closing cost assistance to first time home buyers.
