5 x 8's or 4x10's;
Schedule at discretion of site

• Type of Patients/Cases:
Ortho, general, plastics, trauma, hearts, heads, peds, vascular, carotids and OB.

• Patients per Day/Volume: varies

• EMR:
Epic

• Support Staff: MD

• Type of Care Model (Care Team of Independent):
Medical direction

• Care Team: 1:3

• APRN or RN: RN only state

• Experience

Required:

2+ years CRNA experience REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum length of commitment:
Full-time candidates only

• Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days

• Temps Available? (Requirements for temps, timeframe): locums temps are available but will be the timeframe above. Possibility to credential faster.

• Life Certifications/Qualifications required: ACLS + BLS

• Compact State: PA ;
Active License strongly preferred

• Miscellaneous Information: PA Child Abuse requirement for license;
Prefer candidates who will also credential at Allegheny Valley Hospital (Natrona Heights, PA)
