Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person meetings with hiring managers and key decision-makers.

Identify workforce challenges and deliver staffing and talent solutions that help organizations achieve their hiring goals.

Negotiate service agreements and build long-term, consultative partnerships.

Expand market presence through networking events, industry associations, and community engagement.

Recruiting & Placement (50%)Source, recruit, interview, and assess accounting and finance professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent opportunities.

Match top talent with client needs by understanding both technical qualifications and cultural fit.

Manage the full candidate and client experience throughout the placement process.

Provide career guidance, coaching, and ongoing communication to candidates.

Ensure exceptional service delivery and successful engagement outcomes for both clients and talent.
